The Chartered Accountants' International Accounting Award Program grants a $1,000 award to the top-ranked manuscript submitted. The award is judged on the basis of a paper relating to a current topic in international accounting or business. Topics of winning manuscripts are of a practical nature and focus on issues relevant to accountants who operate in the international environment. The application of accounting theory to practical international accounting problems and issues is strongly encouraged.
