The Nancy Harke National Office is operated under the direction of the Beta Alpha Psi Board of Directors. Support for the office is provided by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) under the terms of an alliance with the Fraternity. The alliance with the AICPA has allowed the National Office to streamline the reporting process, and to take advantage of many available resources.

| Rosalynd M. Rambert Rosalynd M. Rambert, National Administrator of Beta Alpha Psi, is responsible for the operation of the National Office, coordination of board and annual meetings and other Fraternity activities. She will also work with the Board to enhance, recommend and develop activities that will add value and provide growth opportunities for the organization.Prior to joining BAP, she served as the AICPA KnowledgeNET Manager. In this capacity, she played a major role in implementing knowledge management at the AICPA to increase knowledge sharing and collaboration among AICPA employees, AICPA committee members and state societies. She directed and managed the KnowledgeNET Training Task Force whose efforts led to the creation of a Web-based training program developed for internal and external users. Over the past 13 years, she has served the AICPA as a member of the Academic and Career Development Team, Strategic Planning Team, Market Research Team, Knowledge Management Team and several cross-functional teams. As a certified facilitator, she conducts professional development workshops and technology training for the AICPA as well as Hudson County Community College in Jersey City, NJ. |

 Zoë Cheung
| | Zoë Cheung Ms. Cheung, the Reporting Coordinator of the Fraternity, is a member of Beta Alpha Psi's Alpha Gamma Chapter at Bernard M. Baruch College. She earned her B.B.A., Accounting, in 1997. Ms. Cheung joined the National Office staff in December of 1997. Her primary focus is on chapter reporting. Her role with the Fraternity has expanded over the past year in the area of reporting intranet development and internal systems. Zoë has contributed significantly to the enhancement of the Reporting Intranet. |

 Ralph Terranova
| | Ralph Terranova Ralph is the Beta Alpha Psi Coordinator for the Fraternity. He fields all of the phone and e-mail requests from our 240+ chapters, solves chapter issues, and is involved in the reporting process. He is also responsible for the management of the membership section online and has assisted with many of the enhancements made to the new reporting system. Ralph has worked with the Fraternity for the past two years, and has been with the AICPA for 12 years, bringing his expansive knowledge from the AICPA with him to the Fraternity |

 Beth Lambert
| | Beth Lambert Beth Lambert, Beta Alpha Psi Conference Planner, is responsible for producing all Beta Alpha Psi meetings including the Annual Meeting, Thomas J. Burns Seminar, Graduate Case Seminar and Regional Meetings. She graduated from Syracuse University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Studies. Beth spent her first 2-½ years out of college planning corporate events (management, sales and field employee conferences along with holiday parties, golf tournaments and recognition events across the U.S. and Canada) for News America Marketing, a division of News Corporation. Her most recent position was with The Animal Medical Center, a not-for-profit veterinary hospital, where she planned fund-raising galas. |
