| Subject: | Alumni Representative Nomination

This is a reminder to all chapters that there is still time to submit
an application for Alumni Representative Nomination. When selecting
a nominee for the Beta Alpha Psi Board of Directors, the nominating
chapter should consider the nominee's:
- Leadership activities in Beta Alpha Psi and other campus activities
- Participation in Beta Alpha Psi activities at the local, regional,
and national levels
- Willingness to perform the duties of an Alumni Member as described
on the nomination form
- The Application should include evidence of these considerations.
The deadline for submissions is May 2, 2005. When you submit an application,
you also receive credit for a National/Regional Activity. The nomination
must be uploaded into the document library no later than May
2 in order to receive consideration and credit for a National/Regional
activity. The nomination should include:
- A completed Nomination Form
- A digital photograph of the nominee
- A letter from the nominee
- A listing of the nominee's leadership activities (see guidance below)
- A letter from the nominating chapter
- A letter from the nominee's future employer stating their support
All items must be included with the Nomination Form for a nominee
to be considered for the election.
