Greetings Beta Alpha Psi Faculty Advisors, Co-Faculty Advisors,
Chapter Presidents and Reporters!
Beginning of the Year Report
All Beginning of the Year Reports are due on Saturday, October 15.
The report includes the Plan of Activities, the online Chapter Profile
update, the Chapter Bylaws update and the $200 annual maintenance
fee. When entering the name of your event in the activity field for
the Plan of Activities please be aware that the system does not recognize
various characters such as the semi-colon, hyphen, apostrophe, etc.
therefore, strictly letters should be entered in that field.
Resume Database
The Executive Office has received inquiries regarding posting resumes
to the Resume Database. For all chapters entering new pledges
to the intranet , be sure to enter those pledges no later then 5pm
on Wednesday, October 12. New Pledges have not yet
been assigned a username and password. Only those
pledges entered on or by this date will receive a username and password
to post their resumes online. For those chapters with members
experiencing difficulty logging onto the system send Valerie Page
( vpage@bap.org ) an email, with
the Subject Heading: Member Password, with the members name and valid
email address.
Chapter Photos for Beta Alpha Psi Brochure
Does your chapter have a photo appropriate for the cover of our
new Advisory Forum brochure? We are currently searching for
pictures to use on the cover (as well as inside) of our newly designed
International Advisory Forum brochure. Your submission should
capture the essence of a professional or service event. Please
make sure your submission includes your school and chapter name along
with a brief caption describing the photo. All photos should
be a high resolution 300 dpi or greater. It can be color or
black and white, digital or actual photo. The preferred formats are
tif, eps. Please note that not all photos will be used and
your entries will not returned.
