Reporting Intranet Glitch

Uploading Documents:

Chapters that are experiencing problems uploading the IRS Form 990 and the Auditors Report should email Bap@bap.org with the subject heading line Uploading Documents Difficulty (include chapter number).  Be sure to attach the documents that you are attempting to upload and include your chapter number in the subject line.  Once the issue is resolved the Executive Office will upload those documents.

Scorecard

The scorecard is currently reflecting incorrect information.  For chapters that have met all of their reporting requirements the bottom section of the scorecard is indicating that those chapter have not met the reporting requirements.  Also, the top section of the scorecard where the End of Year achievement level can be found shows that chapters that should have superior or distinguished status have only met mission base status.  As long as the total scorecard points and overall professional and service hours are reflecting the correct achievement status the reporting requirements have been meet.
