Greetings Beta Alpha Psi Faculty Advisors, Co-Faculty Advisors and Chapter Officers!
Registration:
Registration for the 2006 Annual Meeting is available on CVENT through the homepage of the BAP website – www.bap.org. Early registration expires on June 30th. If you make your reservations after this date the registration rate will go up to $175.00. Also, be sure to reserve your hotel room as soon as possible. In order to be guaranteed the discounted rate of $153.00 (single/double) $189.00 (triple/Quad), reservations must be made by July 11th.
Please be considerate of others! If you are holding extra hotel rooms, please release them if you don’t intend to use them so that others can get our room rate. BAP will be penalized if we increase our room block and then incur cancellations.
Reporting Intranet Session:
All 140 slots for the Reporting Intranet sessions have been filled. Many individuals have registered for multiple sessions and chapters have more than one individual scheduled to attend the sessions. We are asking for your cooperation with this matter. If your chapter has registered for several Reporting Intranet sessions or has registered more than one person to attend the sessions please de-register from those sessions. We need to allow other chapters an opportunity to participate in the Reporting Intranet sessions. Only one representative per chapter should be signed up for this session and that person should preferably be the student that will be working on the Reporting Intranet. For those who have been closed out of the Reporting Intranet sessions, try again in a few days.
Community Service:
This is a reminder that everyone including faculty advisors and board members will be participating in Community Service. The three projects to benefit others will all take place in the comfort of the hotel. (Please see the BAP Website; the details will be there shortly). If you or anyone in your chapter has allergies to nuts or other food items, please make sure that you indicate it when you register so that you will not be to assigned to a project where food will be present. Also, we are asking that those who are able to, please bring the following items that will be included in the packages. All donations will be taken at the Community Service registration desk. Thank you in advance!

If your last name begins with: G – L
A Small box of non-toxic crayons or One (1) bar of soap
If your last name begins with: M – Q
One 12” school ruler or Deodorant (unisex)
If your last name begins with: R - Z
A Package of Ink Pens or Adult/Children’s Toothbrush
