LAST Call for Chapter Participation in 2007 Annual
Meeting and Session Review for Participating Chapters |
If your chapter has not yet volunteered
to present in an operational session at the 2007
BAP annual meeting that will be held in Chicago,
IL on August 2-4 at the Chicago Marriott
Downtown Magnificent Mile, this is your last opportunity to
do so. You must submit your request before March 10 in
order to be eligible to present.
Two documents are attached with this
email: a final call session volunteer form and the tentative
meeting schedule.
Please review the attached meeting
schedule and sessions. I have highlighted the sessions
(in yellow) where there is still room for chapters to volunteer.
I will fill these on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please
return the attached interest form with at least three sessions
in rank order.
If your chapter has already volunteered,
please review the attached meeting scheduel for your session
assignment and co-presenters. I will be sending out one
more version of this document after March 10 and will
then solicit moderators who will coordinate with all of the
assigned session presenters.
