Hello everyone,
BAP has had three of its eight regional meetings. The attendance and overall participation for the 2007-2008 Regional Meetings has been very strong, and we want to thank all the Host Chapters and their Faculty Advisors for all their dedication and hard work.

The academic year end will be here before we know it. Please keep in mind:

• April 30^th – Is BAP's Fiscal Year End. Please enter all of your new candidates, review your chapter's invoice and year-to-date statement, and remit any outstanding payments by April 30th.
• May 1^st – All Nomination Forms are due: (Alumni Rep, Outstanding Faculty Advisor, Business Professional of the Year and Project Run-With-It);
• May 19^th – VITA Reporting Summary is due: http://www.bap.org/chaphand/vita_reporting_summary.htm
• June 1^st – End of Year Report is the absolute deadline for all chapter reporting.
  • There will be no extensions granted for the Year-End Report;
  • All chapters seeking Superior Chapter Status must meet the June 1^st deadline – No Exceptions;
  • Please submit IRS Form 990 if your chapter’s revenue is greater than $25K – Due June 1^st;
  • Audits are only required for chapter's that have revenue greater than $100K for the past year. – Reports are still due June 1^st
  .

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Epsilon Psi chapter at California State University – East Bay regarding the passing of their Co-Advisor Charlene Abendroth.
