Hi everyone,
We hope your spring ’08 is sunny and your school year ends on a successful note. Please review the following deadlines:
- April 30th - BAP’s fiscal year end – Please make sure to enter all candidates and remit membership dues to the Executive Office.
- May 1st – All nomination forms are due:
- June 1st - End of Year Reports are due. – Absolutely No Exceptions - If you’re late you will not be eligible for Award Status.
- Update Chapter Profile – Please make sure all address, faculty advisor and officer information is complete and accurate.
- Financial Statements – Statement of Financial Position and Statement of Financial Activities
- Complete the tax information, which includes an authorization to include your chapter in a group exemption. If you indicate that your chapter had average gross receipts (for the past three years) > $25,000, you must also download the IRS Form 990, complete it, scan it and attach it.
- Complete the financial statement sign-off. If you indicate that your chapter had gross receipts > $100,000 for the past year, you must also attach an auditor’s report. See the Financial Reporting Guide for more information.
- Faculty Advisor Sign Off
- June 1st – Ernst & Young Diversity Award – 2nd Abstract Due
- 2008 Annual Meeting in Anaheim, CA – Time to start making reservations :
