Hi everyone,

Please be advised of the deadlines coming up:

  1. May 15thDeadline Extension for Project Run With It:
    1. In order to encourage nominations, we are extending the nomination date until May 15 and all chapters nominating a student will receive a National/Regional activity credit.
    2. If you have a student that would like to participate, but he/she does not have time to interview someone at a NFP, the student will have until June 15 to complete the interview.
    3. On the nomination form, just indicate that the interview will be completed by June 15.
    4. These students will be contacted with additional instructions for reporting the results of their interview.

  3. June 1st - End of Year Reports are due.Absolutely No Exceptions - If you’re late you will not be eligible for Award Status.
    1. Update Chapter Profile – Please make sure all address, faculty advisor and officer information is complete and accurate.
    2. Financial Statements – Statement of Financial Position and Statement of Financial Activities.
    3. Complete the tax information, which includes an authorization to include your chapter in a group exemption. If you indicate that your chapter had average gross receipts (for the past three years) > $25,000, you must also download the IRS Form 990, complete it, scan it and attach it.
    4. Complete the financial statement sign-off. If you indicate that your chapter had gross receipts > $100,000 for the past year, you must also attach an auditor’s report. See the Financial Reporting Guide for more information.
    5. Faculty Advisor Sign Off.
