Your experience as Faculty Advisor can be one of the very best you ever have, full of rewards, satisfactions, and wonderful change. You are in a position to help change people’s lives, or to at least be a spectator to changes that are about to take place. So many positive changes can take place in the academic, social, and professional lives of members of Beta Alpha Psi, that it is a wonderful thing to behold, but only if you are an active, enthusiastic, and positive participant.

The fact that some of this metamorphosis in students can be due to your role as an advisor, is a blessing because it can provide wonderful life-long memories.
