December 15th, 2011 – Deadline Reminders

• Outstanding Dean and Business Professional of the Year nominations are due.
  Download the nomination form at: Downloadable Forms
  • Upload the forms to the Reporting Intranet to the (ROA) Reaching Out Activities page.
• Award Seeking Chapters - Chapter Workbooks are due. (US Chapters only)
  • Upload Excel Workbook to Reporting Intranet (Professional Hours – Award Seeking Chapters Page)
  • Update the Reaching Out Activities (ROA) Screen on Reporting Intranet
  • Update Professional and Service Activities on Mission Based Activities Screen on Reporting Intranet
• Privacy Policy Forms
  • Make sure that your chapter candidates and members have read the new Privacy Policy and completed the necessary forms:
    • All new candidates must complete this form: http://www.bap.org/pdf/appForm.pdf
    • All members whose profile information has changed must complete this form: http://www.bap.org/pdf/memUpdate.pdf. If their profile information has not changed then they do not have to fill out this form.

• Register for the 2012 Regional Meetings!
  • Please register for your regional meeting at: 2012 Regional Meetings Registration
  • Meeting Registration Rate: Early Bird Rate: $85 per student (30 Days Prior to Meeting Date) – Late Rate: $100 per student.

• Membership Value Survey
  • The Membership Value Survey will be sent out to all chapter members immediately following the January Board of Directors Meeting. If you have any members who wish not to be included on the distribution list, please have them contact the executive office at: bap@bap.org so that we can remove their email contact from the list.
• Best Practices 2012
  • If your chapter will participate in the Best Practices competition sponsored by Deloitte, below are the topics for 2012, make sure to submit an abstract to your region's Chapter Advocate by the dues dates listed here . Details for each of the topics can be found on the Best Practices Page .
