Greetings Beta Alpha Psi Faculty Advisors, Co-Faculty Advisors, Chapter Presidents and Reporters!
The Executive Office would like to report that the following bugs on the Reporting Intranet have been resolved.
- Plan of activities – For chapters that are experiencing difficulties when submitting their plan of activities with characters in the event name on the activity field, please resubmit your plan of activities. The system now allows characters in the event name of the activity field for the Plan of Activities.
- Export to Excel – For chapters that have alumni and/or inactive members/pledges showing on your export list you may now rerun the export list. The system now shows only active pledges, initiates and active members as of the date entered.
- Membership status change – For chapters that are experiencing problems when changing membership status due to a later effective date that was previously entered, those pledges/members should now be in the proper folder.
