Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Bailey Maxwell oversees company-wide DEI programs at Bennett Thrasher LLP, training and initiatives at Bennett Thrasher LLP. She also leads the BT people team in ensuring DE&I is embedded in all people related activity at the firm. Bailey manages the firm’s Business Resource Groups while serving as a resource, advisor and diversity subject matter expert to the Firm’s partners and associates. She has previously served as Recruiter and Learning and Development Manager here at Bennett Thrasher.
Prior to Bennett Thrasher, Bailey worked at Leon Farmer and Company recruiting brand ambassadors as well as coordinating special event marketing activities and on-premise events.
Bailey is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and holds a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion.
