Candice Clement-McPhatter joined Fifth Third Bank in May, 2020, as one of two new University Relations Managers within the University Relations division. In her role, Candice will continue to cultivate the Bank’s brand at the targeted universities and colleges in NC, SC, GA, IN and IL areas through building key relationships and sourcing talent for early career opportunities.
Candice has over 7 years of experience in areas such as talent acquisition, university and college recruitment, intern program management and student development. She has also spent time as a Corporate Recruiter and an HR Generalist. She has worked for organizations including TIAA, LPL Financial, Duke Energy and Lowe’s Home Improvement in the Talent Acquisition space and is passionate about helping students and early career professionals reach their full potential. She received her undergrad degree in International Studies and Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and an MBA with a concentration in HR Management from Strayer University. Candice is also fluent in Spanish and has spent time studying in Costa Rica and Spain.
Candice is originally from Tampa, Florida but now lives in Charlotte, NC with her husband and eight-year-old son.
