About Dana Lane:
Dana Lane is the US Tax Campus Recruiting Leader at EY. She works closely with the campus recruiting teams and tax leadership to help execute EY’s tax recruiting strategies, including developing and identifying a talent pipeline, focusing on the evolving talent skillsets, and tax talent initiatives. Dana began her career at EY spending her first nine years as a client-server in both the EY Assurance and Tax Practices. More recently, Dana worked in operations and experience management, teaming closely with the tax practice on the execution of key priorities and providing the right experiences and development opportunities for our staff. Dana earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Miami University and is a licensed CPA in Illinois.
