Additionally, Deloitte has sponsored the Best Practices Competition since 2001, which takes place at the regional and national Beta Alpha Psi competitions. Student chapters can utilize the professional partner representative as a resource to answer questions regarding these BAP competitions.

Kelly Brastrom is the Early ID Program Manager for the Deloitte US firms. Kelly is responsible for building strategic programs and pipelines focused on students early in their college career – Freshman and Sophomores. Kelly has been with Deloitte for over 12 years in the talent acquisition space, starting her career recruiting college students for Deloitte Consulting. Kelly transitioned to a Talent Scout role that focused on building freshman pipelines at strategic schools and most currently, managing a team that oversees multiple internship programs and conferences for young students. Kelly is a graduate of Michigan State University with a bachelors in Accounting and currently resides in Chicago.
