About Katie Carrothers:
Katie is the National Campus Recruiting Senior Manager at CBIZ based out of Kansas City, MO. In their role at CBIZ, Katie is responsible for leading a team of 13 campus recruiting professionals. Her team recruits for all lines of service at CBIZ, including Assurance, Tax, Advisory, Benefits & Insurance. The National Campus Recruiting Team specializes in identifying top talent for entry-level recruitment while building meaningful relationships with their clients and University partners. Prior to her role at CBIZ, Katie hired hundreds of engineering and construction early career professionals to join Black & Veatch, a global EPC firm. Katie is passionate about growing a campus recruiting operation that provides excellent client service and develops authentic relationships with its candidates.
