Jacinta Lidonni is an Analyst at KordaMentha, a leading Australian firm specialising in corporate restructuring. She graduated from Swinburne University of Technology with a double degree in Law and Accounting, where she served as President of the Xi Sigma Chapter of Beta Alpha Psi. During her tenure, Jacinta led several award-winning initiatives, including the Think Global program and EY Inclusive leadership award, earning recognition at both regional and international levels.

Jacinta remains actively involved with Beta Alpha Psi as an first year International Alumni Advocate, organising alumni events and building networks across chapters. She is committed to strengthening alumni engagement and supporting students as they transition into the workforce, with a particular interest in creating mentorship opportunities and fostering cross-chapter collaboration.
