There are seven chapter advocates (CAs) who serve on the Chapter Advocacy Council (CAC). Each CA is an advocate for an assigned region or regions for three years. Each year, two CAs rotate off the CAC and two CAs rotate onto the board of directors.
The CAs' primary responsibilities are to attend and coordinate specified regional meetings and to attend all board and chapter advocate meetings, where the CA serves as the voice of the chapters. They also support faculty advisors and offer assistance/encouragement to chapters with special circumstances, such as chapters on probation, petitioning chapters, and chapters in danger of going on probation.
