Beta Alpha Psi Strategic Priorities

We’re focused on helping our chapters do more, connect better, and make a real difference. Here’s how we’re moving forward.
1. Membership Experience
We’re working to make the BAP experience more valuable and welcoming for every member. This includes improving access to tools and resources, offering meaningful event experiences, and supporting chapters with guidance and connection opportunities.
2. Professional Engagement
We’re building stronger relationships between members and the professional world. By expanding and diversifying our Professional Partner network, we’re creating new ways for students and firms to connect and grow together.
3. Growth & Fiscal Sustainability
We’re focused on thoughtful growth and long-term sustainability. That means broadening our reach, welcoming new chapters and members, and making smart use of our financial resources.
4. Societal Impact
We’re committed to supporting chapters as they make a difference in their communities. From service projects to educational outreach, we want to recognize and amplify the positive work our members are doing.
