""Beta Alpha Psi has shaped me into the better professional I am today.  BAP is unlike other societies that I have been a part of.  The focus of BAP is not to teach students skills needed for their professional careers, but rather mentor them and help develop them into young professionals.  I have been offered an abundance of opportunities to better my professional skills as well as having opportunities to serve our university and surrounding community. Our newly established chapter at the University of North Alabama has taught me networking skills, leadership skills, and communication skills.  However, while these things are important for reaching my goals, the Xi Zeta Chapter has given me friendships and business connections that will last a lifetime.  

The Xi Zeta Chapter at UNA prides ourselves on investing in the individual.  Each member is known by name and has a one on one connection with many other older members.  We were established as an official chapter in April of 2018.  Every year since we began the process of establishing a chapter, we have achieved Superior status.  Also, we have had 100% placement of our members in either full-time jobs or full-time internships immediately following graduation.  We are proud of what we have accomplished, but we continue to set high goals for ourselves and our members to come."
