Brian McGuire works in the Romain College of Business at the University of Southern Indiana (USI) as the Associate Dean and Professor of Accounting. Dr. McGuire was the recipient of the “2010 USI Integra Bank Distinguished Professor Award,” which is USI’s highest annual award given to a faculty member. He has also received numerous faculty awards from his college, including awards for teaching, for research, and for service. Dr. McGuire has broad leadership experience, having served as global President of the Board of Trustees for the Institute of Certified Management Accountants, as global President of the Board of Directors for Beta Alpha Psi, as global Chair of the Board of Directors for the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), and as global President of the Board of Trustees for the IMA Research Foundation. He currently serves as Chair of the AACSB’s Accounting Accreditation Committee (AAC) and as a member of the AACSB’s Accounting Accreditation Policy Committee (AAPC).
