Matt Kessler, Head of Early Careers Recruiting, RSM US LLP
Professional Partners Chair-Elect
Matt is the national campus recruiting leader for RSM U.S. and Canada, with focus on the audit and tax lines of business. In this role, Matt is responsible for developing innovative and forward-thinking recruiting strategies, go-to-market plans and early identification programming to attract quality, diverse talent that meets the growing needs of the audit and tax lines of business. He is also charged with building and fostering a caring and collaborative culture, and developing and leading a team of highly engaged, effective recruiters across the U.S. and Canada. Prior to his current role, Matt held a variety of campus recruiting leadership roles at RSM including U.S. campus recruiting leader for tax, Great Lakes region campus recruiting manager and diversity and inclusion (D&I) campus recruiting lead.
Prior to joining RSM, Matt was a tax accountant with a firm serving the middle market after earning both a B.S. in Accounting and MBA from Xavier University.
