Paul Short is a seasoned finance executive with over 30 years of expertise spanning venture capital-funded startups, middle-market firms, and Fortune 1000 global public and private companies. Throughout his career, he has served as the lead audit partner for global clients across industries such as automotive, electronics, and consumer products.
His extensive experience auditing middle-market and Fortune 1000 multinational companies provides him with a strong foundation in SEC reporting, IPOs, secondary equity and debt offerings, and M&A transactions. As an office managing partner, he was recognized for his innovative leadership, driving long-term value and fostering growth. His commitment to excellence, coupled with strategic foresight, enables him to anticipate and navigate future challenges while consistently delivering results.
Beyond finance and business strategy, Paul has held key board roles across numerous university, community, and nonprofit organizations. His leadership positions have included Chairman, Finance Chair, Audit Committee Chair, and Director, where he has contributed to the advancement of professional organizations, economic development groups, and community initiatives.
