Beta Alpha Psi Announces 2025 Dean’s List Award Winners

Two exceptional students awarded travel stipends to attend the 2025 Annual Meeting in San Antonio

Beta Alpha Psi is proud to announce the recipients of the 2025 Dean’s List Award: Bardia Rostami of the University of California, Irvine, and Billgate Agyekum Asante of Central Connecticut State University. This award recognizes outstanding Beta Alpha Psi members who have achieved academic excellence while overcoming financial barriers that would otherwise prevent them from attending the Annual Meeting.

Bardia Rostami currently serves as Director of External Affairs for the UC Irvine chapter. A consistent Dean’s List honoree and dedicated student leader, Bardia also balances part-time work and family support responsibilities while pursuing additional summer coursework at Irvine Valley College. He looks forward to bringing fresh insights back to his chapter and engaging with members across the country during the Annual Meeting in San Antonio.

Billgate Agyekum Asante, a senior accounting major at Central Connecticut State University, is a first-generation college student driven by a lifelong dream of a career in public accounting. Despite financial constraints resulting from university budget cuts, Billgate remains committed to academic excellence and is eager to connect with peers and professionals at his first Beta Alpha Psi Annual Meeting.

The Dean’s List Award includes a $1,250 travel stipend and full registration coverage for each recipient. Beta Alpha Psi congratulates Bardia and Billgate on this well-deserved recognition and looks forward to welcoming them to the 2025 Annual Meeting.
