We’re all acutely aware of the challenges facing organizations on every front, and from every angle. Given such complexity, how do we adapt, pivot, and grow—not just today, but for the long term? At EY, we believe the best way to predict the future is to create it. That takes confidence: the confidence to ask better questions, make bold decisions, innovate, and drive change. We’re committed to helping the world’s organizations—and future leaders—achieve this.
The Elevate Your Leadership competition challenges Beta Alpha Psi chapters to create and implement initiatives that build leadership, encourage collaboration, and support professional development within their chapters. Beginning in 2026, the Saturday morning keynote plenary sessions at the annual meeting will feature a panel discussion with student representatives from each of the five winning chapters. This session will give the winning schools an opportunity to show how their chapter created a successful program. Each chapter will be asked to provide photos to display on the ballroom screens during the session. Award plaques for each winning chapter will be displayed on the panel table.
The PowerPoint presentations of the winning chapters will be shared on the annual meeting recap page.
