Ashley Lee is an Assistant Director in Early Careers at EY, currently serving as the Early ID Initiatives Attraction Strategy Lead. She joined EY in 2013 as a member of the Advisory practice. In 2014, she transitioned into campus recruiting and has since held roles across multiple functions, leading efforts to attract top talent across all service lines, with a particular focus on the CPA and Early Identification pipelines. Throughout her tenure, Ashley has supported and directed recruitment strategies across the Northeast.
Ashley earned a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and History from the University at Buffalo and an MBA with a concentration in Information Technology from the University at Albany.
