About Jim Andrus

After earning a Master’s in Accounting (Tax emphasis) from Brigham Young University, he began his career at PwC in Corporate Tax. He advised corporate clients on compliance and planning while building a strong technical foundation. He later moved into leadership responsibilities focused on talent acquisition and development. He now leads Talent Identification efforts in the Western US. In this capacity, he directs campus recruiting strategy, builds key partnerships, and mentors emerging professionals. He brings a disciplined blend of technical rigor and people leadership to developing high-performing teams.
