Leanne has been working in the public accounting industry for over 19 years. She is currently responsible for the campus recruiting efforts in the Southern California and Phoenix offices at Moss Adams. She is also the firm's Summer Internship Program Manager. In this role, she is responsible for creating and implementing an impactful firmwide program with the goal of upskilling the interns and setting them up for success as a staff.
Leanne is an original member of the firm's Forum_W committee, which was started in 2008 to accelerate the firm's success in attracting, developing, retaining, and advancing talented women. Since its origin, Moss Adams has created a culture permeated and enriched by Forum_W's mission. It has given women a competitive advantage and set them up to succeed at every phase of their careers.
Throughout her years at Moss Adams, Leanne has also been actively involved in the firm's mentor program where she has found success in guiding others to believe in themselves and build confidence around their strengths and accomplishments.
