How to Become a Member/Student Member of IMA® (Institute of Management Accountants)
IMA Student membership is available to individuals who are enrolled in at least six (6) undergraduate or graduate credit hours, or the equivalent, per semester. As an IMA Student member, you can learn about the accounting and financial management profession, explore your future career options, and build your résumé and professional network. Mary Patterson is the Business Development Manager for IMA (Institute of Management Accountants) with a focus on academic outreach. Mary has over 10 years of experience working with faculty and students in accounting and finance to help students prepare for licenses and certifications related to the accounting industry. Mary’s primary responsibility is to help guide students with career plans after graduation, assist with the CMA certification, student scholarships, and memberships to IMA.
