Missy Heusinger serves as University Recruiting Director for Grant Thornton, LLP and is a key part of the People & Community Leadership Team.
Through an intentional effort to understand and collaborate with Grant Thornton’s leaders, Missy leads the team to focus on how best to support the firm’s strategic objectives. With nearly 20 years of experience in Human Resources, she has been keenly focused on strategy, developing recruiting, onboarding and supportive people experiences that align with strategic business objectives. She enthusiastically supports Grant Thornton’s efforts to achieve targets and objectives related to diversity, retention and high performing appreciation.
