Debbie Lee-Ho is a Senior Recruiting Manager at Withum, where she oversees campus recruiting and leads a dynamic team dedicated to attracting top early-career talent. With nearly two decades at Withum, Debbie has been instrumental in building strong relationships with universities and guiding students toward successful careers in accounting and advisory services.
A graduate of Pace University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Debbie is passionate about helping students find their first professional opportunity. Her philosophy centers on providing support and guidance throughout the recruiting process, ensuring candidates feel prepared and confident as they enter the workforce.
