The 2026 Beta Alpha Psi Mid-Year Meeting will be held at the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati, March 6–7. We’ll gather in the heart of downtown, steps from Fountain Square and the city’s rich arts and food scene—an ideal backdrop for two days of learning, networking, and leadership development.

The 2026 Beta Alpha Psi Mid-Year Meeting will be held at the Hyatt Regency in Orlando, FL, February 20–21. After a fantastic meeting here in 2024, we’re excited to return for two days of learning, networking, and leadership development in a location known for its energy, food scene, and world-class amusement parks that make it a fun destination to explore with your chapter.

In an era shaped by AI, ESG, and non-traditional career paths, this forward-looking panel will discuss what it truly means to be an accountant today. With insights from industry leaders and academics, we will explore redefining accounting as a capability—not just a credential—and map how education, experience, and leadership development could influence the relevance, and value of an accounting education and the profession.

Michael Potenza, CPA, EA, JD – Becker Professional Education
Michael Potenza earned his Bachelor and Master of Engineering degrees from the Cooper Union, his Master of Science in Accounting from DeVry University, and his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s Law School. He began teaching part-time for Becker in 1998 and joined full-time in 2021. As Vice President of National Instruction, Mike teaches CPA, CMA, and EA exam sections, along with numerous CPE courses.
